You can cancel your MetaSlider Pro account at any time. You will keep access to MetaSlider Pro updates and support for the duration of your subscription.
How to Cancel a Subscription #
- Log in to your account here at MetaSlider.
- Click “My Account” in the top menu.
- Click “Subscriptions” in the side menu.
- Click “Cancel” for your subscription.
- You will receive and email confirming the cancellation. The “Status” of your subscription will change from “Active” to “Pending Cancellation”.
Please note that canceling your account is not the same as getting or requesting a refund. Click here for our refund policy.
